Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chicago Naperville

Mir was great. Always polite, making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely come back. Rooms very clean, and the coffee is always fresh.

This hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. What makes this property so exceptional, however, is the staff! Those at the front desk, the breakfast staff, the gals who service the rooms, and the custodians all are so hospitable and cordial. We have been loyal Marriott people since the late '80s and this is one of the best properties where we have stayed. We would highly recommend you stay here. We were here to visit family in a care facility nearby and will be returning in the near future.

This hotel is a go to for our visits. The rooms are good and the location is excellent. Just off the tollway and waking to lots of restaurants of all levels. The breakfast is so so, if that is important to you. Their rooms are very quiet and well equipped. Large screen TV.

I have stayed here twice and my rooms were nice and clean. The WiFi was spotty and sometimes internet didn’t work on tv either. I think they were trying to update their system? Laundry is expensive even compared to The Marriott in Seattle. It was triple the cost of other hotels to do one load. The hotel was very quiet and very convenient to walk to a ton of restaurants. I would stay again if I’m in the area.

The room was decent there wasn't much in the way of sound barriers. You could hear a lot of people but that's not the hotels fault. There was one person I was told his name is Mir. Super helpful. He actually made my coffee for me because my 2 year old was investigating the front area. I very much appreciate the extra effort on his part because he did not need to offer help.

The breakfast menu and the coffee could be improved, but the room was spotless and comfortable.

We had a 2 night stay for 3 people booked for our trip - 2 adults and 1 teenager. When our 2 Queen Room was changed to a King Room in error - not our request - management did everything to correct the error. We were pleased with their professionalism and efforts to make things right for our second night's stay. We would return.

Though the hotel is not a recently updated property, the staff MORE than makes up for it. They are open, friendly and customer-oriented---willing to assist with any requests. They genuinely focus on making your stay a pleasurable experience (they even take the time to acknowledge you (by name) when you're entering or leaving the hotel, and they provide breakfast). This property is also close to amenities--restaurants, shopping and other entertainment venues for easy travel trips in the area.
